Still weird, still epically good voices and still a great night out. I think Danielle Steers’ voice is even more amazing than last time, and she truly steals the show when she starts singing ‘Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad’.
There is, however, a special place in Hell for people who go to the theatre and then loudly sing along. And I’m not just talking about the massive rock and loud numbers where they were just about drowned out by what was happening on stage; I mean the ballads as well! And seriously seriously out of tune! The selfishness of people absolutely astounds me, because I sure as hell didn’t pay to hear stupid, idiotic, drunk women singing!
Thankfully I have seen this show before, but for others who hadn’t, this really ruined it. People were moving seats to get away from them! There really needs to be more stringent penalties for people who disrupt shows in this way for others - for example, being told to leave. Maybe then people will think twice before singing along!
